Designing Safe Driver Handover in Self Driving Cars
This project explores how drivers safely regain control when an autonomous vehicle reaches its operational limits. I designed multimodal takeover alerts combining visual, auditory, and haptic cues to help drivers quickly understand the situation and respond with confidence during critical transition moments.
